Please title your email with "RETURN" or "REPLACEMENT" + your order #.
Damage Replacement/Repair - Replacements or repairs for damaged items are available, free of charge, on a case by case basis. We’re human and make everything by hand. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your item to be considered for a repair or replacement. Your damaged item must be returned to us within 7 days of return receipt in order for us to ship out the replacement. We will provide a return label and instructions to ensure our receipt.
General Returns - All bags are returnable FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Item(s) must be returned unused, in new condition, with original packaging within 14 days of original delivery. Custom Orders, cardholders, earrings, and glasses chains are considered final sale. Please note, Gr8dane World is not responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a return label and instructions to ensure our receival. Your refund amount will be returned to your original form of payment once the return has been received and checked at our office.
**All last chance/sale items, items sold via instagram story sales, and items sold during sample sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
At this time, Gr8dane World is not responsible for return shipping costs, duty fees and/or refunding the original costs of shipment to your country. Items must be returned in new condition within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning your item, please email email@example.com to ensure our receipt.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Additionally, we do not insure orders at this time.
